The products disappear from the cart at check out although it's available, very expensive delivery and service vs not that good service, it gets too late and I don't have an option but the fast delivery that is not fast at all. The only good thing that wunder bakery tastes good!! Bad experience honestly

I'd like to note that the service on rabbit is getting worse day after day, missing items, damaged/broken items, bags and products that smell bad (all of the items and bags smell like bad detergent.. food items!).. very disappointed. I will definitely think twice about using the app in the future, especially since it's so hard to contact customer support, and when they do respond, it's only to offer a "promo-code" that doesn't even truly reflect or cover the value of reordering. Quite a shame.

the "Super fast delivery" that they charge extra for is 50 mints + 20 mints probable delay.. had to delete the app and rate again when i have other options that deliver in 15 mints without extra fees
