UEFA Mobile Tickets

Unesecessary amount if information required to register, then simply does not work. Looks like a lot of people are having this issue. No other way to collect expensive tickets than to use a flawed app. UPDATE: attempted 4 times. Cleared cache, tried again and it let me in. Could be very stressful if you leave it until the last minute.

Very dissatisfied with this app. The app kept saying the tickets were on another device. I hadn't registered on any other device. Helpline were very dismissive and didn't help at all. My privacy was an issue as I was bombarded with requests to switch on Bluetooth & activate GPS location weeks before the fixture. Even though the app is uninstalled it still shows up as on my mobile device. Not a Happy experience

I was able to access and use very easily. I played by the rules but miffed that people were able to download and sell independently. lots of scammers. would have been great to have a warning or reminder of best practice to avoid being scammed. I actually raised a query but nothing came back
