 Have tried to contact support. No response in days. Was working fine. A week ago, it just stopped working. It will not activate to resume earning. Just spins and spins. I made the mistake of investing for faster mining. Update, they fixed the issue. Still no response from support. I will up it to 3 stars. If we go a few weeks with no issues, I will revise up.

The returns don't match pricing for speed boosts. I was spending $6.99/month to earn $2.00. No, that's not $2 profit, that's $2 total earnings, or $4.99/month loss. That just doesn't work out. Then I found out the new pricing is $5/month. I was still being charged $6.99. Sad. I'm not going to quit using the app, but I will definitely profit better by not buying any speed boosts.

Thank you for your feedback! You are charged more because of Google Play's transaction fee. Also, keep in mind that longer subscriptions/purchases are more profitable. Enjoy using the app!

 Dear Robox Support Team, I hope you are doing well. I recently received a message stating that my accounts were suspended because of “using multiple apps.” However, I would like to clarify that I have never used multiple mining apps or any third-party tools. I was only using the official Robox applications available on the Play Store, and I have never used a VPN or logged in from multiple devices. Unfortunately, all six of my accounts were suspended without any clear reason.
