Not sure if the needs of families with young children were considered. Usually, one parent keeps all the tickets on one phone for convenience, so it’s unclear why the 72-hour pass must be scanned every time on the bus. Also, when buying multiple 72-hour passes, even if different passport numbers are entered, all tickets end up showing the first one’s number after payment. I had to cancel the order just before activation. This seems like a serious bug and should be fixed soon.
