Well the app lets you log on to your account...sometimes. In the 10 months that I've had CenturyLink, I've been able to log on only twice, otherwise "technical errors, try again later". So, to pay my bill or if I have questions, I have to call customer service during business hours since I have paperless billing. They require a 3 digit code as part of their customer verification - which is found on the bill. So you're SOL if you don't have the code and can't log on to the app.

The options in the actual app are never what they show in the help topic. I use it to pay my bill/change my wifi password. When I actually find it I can't tell you how I got there. Sometimes it shows the options I want, sometimes it doesn't. 80% of the time, it is "experiencing technical difficulties" anyway. Several months ago it did not record my payments multiple times, even though I had the bank statements showing a deduction. They charged fees. It was a mess.

This app needs work! Everytime I want to make a payment it says "We're sorry, we experienced a system issue while submitting your payment". Or it will keep processing and processing and won't make my payment. Then when I log in it says they can't find my account at all sometimes. And I am putting in my info straight from the bill itself. Please fix these issues with your app.
