I went and signed up and paid the yearly subscription fee, which was fine. My choice. I cannot do anything g on the floor due to a back injury and the plan immediately came up with EVERY SINGLE MOVEMENT a floor exercise! do not sign up for this app! It is clearly not taking into account anything that you put in for the prompts, and information at the beginning prior to taking your money. waste of my time and money. I have done chair yoga previously, I will obviously use the app for the year.

I've been using this app for a while now, and I enjoy the exercises. However, with the latest update, I can no longer do any of the other exercises besides the beginner, intermediate, and advance plans at the top without having to subscribe. I would always do the morning yoga and bedtime stretches along with the plan up at the top. I understand running an app is probably not cheap, but at least some of the exercises should be available, and if someone wants more, they can do the subscription.

Due to upgrades in courses and features, we need to make some adjustments to maintain the app's sustainability and improve service quality. Easy to use, not too complex, it's simple and attainable. I've only been using it for one week but this App is definitely a tool that I can feel successful, using! Update: I have been using this app every day for over one month, now. I paid $29.99 for a one-year subscription. I did not "back-up" my data in the app, to Google cloud before getting a new phone and now am unable to access my paid-for info, in the app. My second complaint is that there are no poses for stretching the hips.
